Can’t decide what to give as a gift? Then our Adare Cottage gift vouchers are the ideal way to go. Please choose the amount you would like to give below and we will take care of the rest!
Customers can either use the gift vouchers in our online store or in person at Adare Cottage

How does it work?

  1. Fill in the amount you want to purchase in the form of a gift voucher
  2. The quantity can be adjusted, for example, you can buy 2 sets of 100euro vouchers.
  3. Follow the normal purchase process: Add to cart > Cart > Checkout > Payment.
  4. On the checkout page, enter the recipient’s details, if you want to forward the gift voucher direct to the recipient.
  5. After payment is completed, a gift voucher code is generated and forwarded via email to the recipient(s).
  6. You, the sender will receive an acknowledgement email.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

Normal shipping for a standard-sized package is via the Irish An Post standard post.  While we will endeavour to ship within two working days, current circumstances due to COVID 19 means you should allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.

Our shipping fee for deliveries on all items are as follows:

  • Republic of Ireland.   € 6.00
  • Europe(EU/EEA).     € 15.00
  • Rest of World.          € 25.00

For larger items, we will inform you of the cost of postage prior to shipping.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will email you a returns form with a returns address.
We strongly advise that you get a tracking code when returning items as we cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive. We will refund or exchange any item purchased online from our website if you return it to us within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be as new, not have been worn outside and be in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original box that was shipped to you. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We do not provide free
returns.
