Directions for Use:
pour hot water into a bowl-add the cotton bags to release the oils.Sprinke the herbs across the bowl and leavee to infuse for 7 minutes. then add cold water if necessary and immerse your feet.

Normal shipping for a standard-sized package is via the Irish An Post standard post. Â While we will endeavour to ship within two working days, current circumstances due to COVID 19 means you should allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.
